1. The C4 Mobile Portal ("Portal") is provided to you by Channel Four Television Corporation / 4 Ventures Limited of 124 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2TX ("Channel 4").
2. In these Terms, "Content" means content that can be downloaded by you onto your mobile phone including, but not limited to, video clips, music tracks, images, games, applications, ring tones, icons, pictures, animations, sounds, picture postcards or other content for use on a mobile device; "Premium Content" means Content for which there is a charge payable for downloading and "User Content" means all content provided by users to Channel 4 or the Portal (including but not limited to comments) (together the “Portal Content”).
3. To access the Portal send a text message with the word Mobile from your mobile phone to 84444. Each message will cost your standard network rate. You will then receive a message that will link you to the Portal.
4. By accessing and using the Portal you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity and person on whose behalf you act to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
5. The terms and conditions of your mobile service provider will continue to apply when accessing the Portal in addition to these Terms.
6. The Portal can be accessed by any WAP-enabled handset. If your handset is not WAP-enabled you will not be able to access this service.
7. You understand that the Portal Content may contain material that is not suitable for children or young persons or may include content you may consider offensive or otherwise objectionable. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any Portal Content that may be found to be offensive or otherwise objectionable.
8. Channel 4 makes no promise that the Portal Content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Portal from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Portal from locations outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
